This week...Tom Brookens! Tom was a mainstay in Detroit and a fan favorite, despite many attempts to replace him at 3B! He was a 1984 World Series champ and in the 80s only Trammell and Whitaker played more games for the Detroit Tigers. He then managed in the Tigers system, and was a coach under Jim Leyland both with the Tigers and for Team USA.
